Cheesecake Anyone???

I think this is the best cheesecake recipe ever & it is soooo easy.

start with the crust: 3 cubes of margarine

3 cups of flour

2//3 cups of crushed nuts

Beat with mixer. Mixture should be crumbly. Spread evenly over bottom of 12x17

cookie sheet. bake for 10-12 min in a 375 degree oven. Let Cool.

Next is the filling: 4 8oz pkgs. cream cheese

4 cups of powderd sugar

Mix well, no lumps. Stir in a large cool whip. Spread evenly over crust, cover & refrigerate.

Raspberry Topping: 1/4 tsp. salt

1 cup sugar

4 tbs. cornstarch

3 cups water

Cook until thick. Add 5 tbs. raspberry jello. Stir until dissolved, add 1/4 cup lemon juice.

Add 16 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed. Mix together & serve over cheesecake.

i finaly figered out how to put on a signature

So i spent the last 2 hours figering how to get my signature on this blog. thats right 2 hours someday i will get all of this! The house is a mess and we have no dinner on the table but i have this cute signature. We are off to get dinner at Wendys.

So this is my first post i'm just learning about all of this hopefuly it will get better. I want to let all of our friends and family in on our daily lives. I think my nest post will be all about us. More to come when i have more time.
