Cheesecake Anyone???


I think this is the best cheesecake recipe ever & it is soooo easy.
start with the crust: 3 cubes of margarine
3 cups of flour
2//3 cups of crushed nuts
Beat with mixer. Mixture should be crumbly. Spread evenly over bottom of 12x17
cookie sheet. bake for 10-12 min in a 375 degree oven. Let Cool.
Next is the filling: 4 8oz pkgs. cream cheese
4 cups of powderd sugar
Mix well, no lumps. Stir in a large cool whip. Spread evenly over crust, cover & refrigerate.
Raspberry Topping: 1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
4 tbs. cornstarch
3 cups water
Cook until thick. Add 5 tbs. raspberry jello. Stir until dissolved, add 1/4 cup lemon juice.
Add 16 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed. Mix together & serve over cheesecake.
